had training. HOT. i mean it. there wasnt shade for even a sec.
burning for the whole training.
ran 10 rounds, 5 shuttle run and normal stuff.
tiring but shiok, cause its speed and not stamina.
okayy whatever.
junyuan guys came to train with us.
and im wondering how they found their way into our sch.
first time leh, not easy.
anyway didnt have friendly,
matched among ourselves instead.
cause no time mah :X

wasted lah. they came for nothing.
after training went luckystation awhile.
ohoh, and i hope jl didnt have to paddle all the way back home. LOL
