cause didnt run the last time.
hah then yueying say jog slowly, in the end she reach in 12mins plus lah.
me and lena slacked like anything.
jog the 1st round outside sch and walk the 2nd. reached in 18mins plus. LOL fail by 7secs.
then did skipping.
and i realised that my skipping rope got spring one.
