had stadium training a while ago.
3x800m and 4x400m, all with timing.
then did the usual stuffs.
and jiaying left a deep cut on her leg towards the end of training.
so jl drove her to clinic along with me, yanzhan and yiling.
after she got it bandaged, ms mong send her home, and we went back to stadium and dismissed.
poor yuling. she was left alone at the stadium for awhile hahaha whatever.
lunched with juniors at bedok int, homed.

i am so tired i dont feel like getting up to bathe. though im super sticky and dirty now.
yesterday had tough training, today had lots of running.
tmr gna stay at home to sleep all day.
friendly(maybe) on friday.
weekend meeting team to do homework is it ?

there's this group of uncouth guys outside my house right now.
noisy like some dog.
