I am a joke

Dealing with some major self confidence issues recently. Never have I felt so trapped in my own negativity. I think I'm a big joke, and I think everyone thinks I am. I want to dig a hole and bury myself inside. These people make me never want to appear in front of them ever again. Really... What is so funny about me?? Why do they use me as a joke to entertain themselves?
